Grass Fed Beef
My family has always been involved in raising our own beef. I don't ever remember not having cattle around. Our cows have always been raised on pasture with free access to plenty of fresh grass and without the use of antibiotics or hormones. So I am very blessed to say that long before free range, naturally grown, chemical, antibiotic, and hormone free beef was popular, it was a way of life for us. We are currently taking orders for a quarter, half or whole beef and like all of our other animals they are grass-fed, antibiotic, and hormone free. During the winter months they are fed hay that is cut right here at our farm. They are free range as we live on a farm that provides them with the opportunity to graze freely and they have plenty of access to natural shelter and shade. They seem to be just as happy as a happy cow could be!
