Our Free Range, Grass Fed, and Pastured Meats
Grass Fed Beef We are currently taking deposits on our 100% grass fed beef. Our beef is being sold by the half or whole. We have a very limited amount of beef that is available this year. Our animals are born and raised on our farm, never given grain, antibiotics or hormones. Our beef is processed at a state inspected facility and vacuum packaged. Listed below are the scheduled dates for the beef to be processed. Each date represents one whole beef that will be processed on that day. June 20th-Sold Out July 18th-Sold Out August 22nd-Half Available September 26th-Half Available
Pastured Heritage Pork We are expecting a small quantity of pastured pork to be available fall 2011. The breed we raise is the Large Black. They are great foragers and require less grain. Our Large Blacks are never given antibiotics or hormones. Our pork will be processed at a state inspected facility and vacuum packaged.
